| Do I have to sign a contract to use your service? |

When you fill out the online order form you will be asked if you have read and
accept the terms of use outlined in our Terms of Use. By
clicking on the continue button you are entering into a contract with us to
provide service. No actual signature is required and the term of the contract is
equal to your chosen billing frequency.

| How often will you bill me? |
 |
|
Most plans allow you to choose the billing frequency that best fits your
situation. We offer monthly, quarterly, biannually, and annually. Biannual
and Annual payments typically receive a discounted price, check your plan
details for further information.

| What forms of payment do you accept? |
 |
|
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards along
with checks and money orders drawn on U.S. Funds. There are no surcharges or
discounts for using one or the other payment methods.

| Do you charge sales tax? |
 |
|
Unlike most states in the Union, Texas does require us to tax Internet access or hosting applications.
Fortunately you do receive a tax break and are only taxed on 80% of the actual charges. Those companies
or individuals located outside of the State of Texas are not required to pay this sales tax.
If you are located in the State of Texas, but you are a non-profit organization, then you can complete
this PDF Form and then fax or email it to us and we will suspend
charging you sales tax. If you have purchased a product for direct resell, then you will need to
inform us that this is the case and supply us your tax identification number.

| Can I change my billing frequency after I sign up for service? |

You can change your billing frequency but the change will not take effect until after your current
term expires.

| How do you deliver your invoices? |
 |
|
We can deliver your invoices in a number of formats including email, fax, standard mail and certified
mail. By default, all of your invoices will be sent via email unless we hear otherwise from you. It
should be noted that there are extra charges associated to the different delivery methods as follows:
